With 12 years of administrative experience and a master’s degree, I’ve always been drawn to organization, problem-solving, communication, and helping people make life a little easier.
 
I began my career as a teacher, and while I loved the relationships and impact that came with it, I always felt like something was missing. I knew I wanted to build something of my own and use my strengths in a different way.
 

So, I took a leap of faith and invested in myself — and Strategic Solutions by Shannon was born.
 
Today, I get to do what I truly love: partnering with business owners, creating solutions, bringing organization to the chaos, and helping them reclaim their time so they can focus on what they do best.
